We are sorry for the confusion on Friday night about field assignments. It turns out that sometimes the maintenance crew at Kino may deem some fields unplayable late in the day on Friday. When this happens the office staff at Kino isn't notified in time to communicate with TASL before game times. So this causes the fields TASL was assigned to be different that what is on the posted game schedule. The good news about this is that we are always playing on the best field surface possible. The bad news is that it can cause some confusion as to where your team may be playing if you have the 6pm game. Be patient with the park staff and understanding as the referee administration works hard to get it figured out at the last minute. When this happens teams for the later games will be notified by the league communication system.

Update your communication preference for important league texts

It would be helpful as a team manager for you to have your communication preferences on your Squad Fusion account to include text messages. This way when there has to be a quick notification sent out through the web services you will get it. Otherwise you will be sent an email (that will have no subject, because it is a text being sent to an email address). Teams need to sit on the same side

It has been decide that it would be helpful for teams to sit on the same side of the field for games. This will allow for the 4th official to check in players quickly for your game so that games can start on time. This also allows for any late players to be checked in properly and quickly as well.
